As a vendor, you'll have the opportunity to connect with HVAC professionals, showcase your products and services, and engage with attendees throughout the day.

Event Date: Thursday, October 8, 2026

Vendor Arrival: Please plan to arrive by 6:00 AM to allow ample time for booth setup before attendees begin arriving. Breakfast is one of the best opportunities to network and connect with customers.

Day at a Glance:

  • Breakfast: 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
  • Morning Session 1: 7:15 AM – 9:15 AM (Break: 8:15 AM)
  • Morning Session 2: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Lunch: 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM
  • Afternoon Session 1: 12:15 PM – 2:15 PM (Break: 1:15 PM)
  • Afternoon Session 2: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
  • Happy Hour: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
